Privacy Policy – The Nara Outfit Way (English Version)

Who We Are What’s up? We are Nara Outfit. Our digital home is http://naraoutfit.com. We’re all about serving looks, not selling your secrets.

Comments & Reviews (Spilling the Tea) When you drop a comment or a review on our drip, we collect the info shown in the form, plus your IP address and browser info. Why? Just to keep the bots and spam out of our comments section. If you use Gravatar, an anonymized string (hash) from your email might be sent to them to check if you’re using it  Once your comment is approved, your profile pic is out there for everyone to see next to your review.

Media (Pics or It Didn’t Happen) If you upload photos to the site (like showing off your new fit), make sure you turn off the location data (EXIF GPS) on your phone before uploading. We don’t want strangers downloading your pics and finding out where you hang out. Stay safe!

Cookies  (The Digital Kind)

  • Comments: If you leave a comment, you can opt-in to save your name, email, and website in cookies. It’s just so you don’t have to type it all out again next time. These last for one year.

  • Logins: When you hit our login page, we set a temporary cookie just to see if your browser accepts them (no personal data here, and it’s gone when you close the browser).

  • Accounts: When you log in, we set up cookies to save your login info and screen preferences. Login cookies stick around for two days, and screen options for a year. Check “Remember Me” and you’re good for two weeks. Log out, and they disappear.

  • Edits: If you edit or publish something, a tiny cookie is saved just to note the post ID. It expires in 1 day. No biggie.

Embedded Content (Stuff From Other Apps) Sometimes we embed content like TikToks, YouTube videos, or Insta posts. This embedded stuff acts exactly like you went directly to those apps. These external sites might collect your data, use their own cookies, and track how you interact with that content—especially if you’re logged into their platforms.

Who We Share Your Data With We keep your info tight. The only standard sharing we do is if you request a password reset—your IP address gets included in that reset email for security.

How Long We Keep Your Data (Keeping the Receipts)

  • Comments: Left a comment? We keep it and its metadata forever. This helps us auto-approve your future comments instead of holding them hostage in a moderation queue.

  • Accounts: If you create an account with us, we store the personal info you put in your profile. You can see, edit, or delete your info anytime (you just can’t change your username). Our admins can see and edit that info too to help you out.

Your Rights (You’re the Main Character) If you have an account or have left comments, you own your data. You can ask us for an exported file of all the personal data we have on you. You can also tell us to delete everything. Just note: we can’t delete data we legally have to keep for admin, legal, or security reasons.

Where Your Data Goes Visitor comments might get run through an automated spam detection service. Nobody likes spam.
